Why it is important to know ourselves in terms of our introvert or extrovert temperament?

When we live our life according to our temperament, we unleash immense amount of spiritual energies which helps us to lead our life happily. For example, if someone is introvert and his job demands full of social events and due to that he is not getting time for solitude resulting to depletion of energy levels, he can't perform his best in long run. Also, in the same way, if an extrovert will get the job that forces him to be alone and secluded most of the times, he can't perform his duties well and efficiently.

"Working with our temperament rather than fighting against it will make us more productive, efficient and happier."
